Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has gone to print production. Note that most orders go to print production the same or the next business day. Any order which has been sent to print production cannot be cancelled.

Event Disruption Reprint Guarantee

If your event is postponed, moved, or cancelled, Libra Mons will provide a single-use, unique reprint code for 50% off your next order.

Restrictions:

  • Discount code is single-use and can be used to reprint items for the same event. If the original event was cancelled, the code may be used for an unrelated event or occasion.

  • The 50% discount applies up to the subtotal amount of the original order (excl. taxes)

  • Offer does not apply to shipping & handling fees

  • The name, email, and shipping/billing address on the reprint order must match the original order.

To receive your reprint code:

  • Email info@libramons.com with your original order number and the reason the event was postponed, moved, or cancelled.

  • Only one reprint code will be issued per original order.

Returns

The products sold by Libra Mons are custom printed and therefore not eligible for returns.  The costs associated with returning items to Libra Mons will solely be the responsibility of the customer.

However, if the printed items are clearly defective due to an error with a printing process or if they were damaged during shipping, the order may be eligible for a courtesy reprint.  If you believe this may be the case with your order, contact Libra Mons via email at info@libramons.com.  Include your contact information, order number, and digital images of the damage/defects.  Issues must be raised by the customer within 7 days of the order being delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Reprints / Refunds

To be eligible for a reprint or refund, you must notify Libra Mons via email at info@libramons.com  regarding the issue within 7 days of the order being delivered to the shipping address provided.  “Delivered” is defined by the shipping company tracking time stamp.  Once we receive your email regarding issues with your order, we will inspect the digital images provided of the order and notify you that we have received your request.  We may contact you to clarify the issues raised with your order.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
